Need urgent help with gt40 Intake!

Alright, starting to get nervous. I've been searching threads in the 94/95 forum on a gt40 intake install. What all needs to be changed?

Will my stock hood close with the gt40 intake?
Will my stock strut brace clear?
Will all sensors/hoses/egr connections work?

The IAT sensor is located on the lower of this intake. Is it okay to just keep it there to plug the hole?

I have two 3/8" spacers....should I use them?
Just to help, I do have an elbow and an EGR adapter to go with it.
