Neutral Safety Switch? Manual Lever...What?

Whats the signs of needing a new one of WHATEVER you call those things?

the car wont start - no nada. and when you test the ignition interlock wiring, it does not show 12 volts.

i would get under and test the wires at the switch. if 12 volts does not egress, i would swap it out.
