new 02 stang

so i sold my blue mustang and got a new 02 gt white 5 speed(thank god) its just about all stock has 68xxx miles i juts put my headunit and subs and stuff back in so im trying to decide the best exhaust i was thinking about slp but idk i want something lowed what would yall do

Magnaflow magnapacks or MAC flowpaths. I wish I would have gone with Magnaflow cause the drone of the MAC's drives me crazy... but they sound freaking awesome when I get on the throttle

I like the sound of Magnaflows and/or Magnapacks better than the sound of SLP LM's, but that's just my personal preference. To me the LM1's sound like a dump truck with no tone, LM2's are similar to the Magnapacks, but the packs sound better and more aggressive IMO. Now, I think the SLP exhaust tips are the best looking ones on the market. I love the double wall tapered inside look.

If I had my choice, I'd have a magnaflow cat back with SLP tips.

My advice is go on youtube and listen to some different exhaust set ups to get a feel for what you like.

I absolutely love my magnaflows. Nice and quiet when I am crusing, then really open up when I get on it, and good lord they sound like pure sex on spray.

Honestly, you can't go bad with either choice on SLP or Magnaflow imo. I know each has their own personal preference and you can figure that out for yourself by checking out clips on youtube or americanmusles site, but both are quality pieces. Only suggestion when modding this car is DO NOT do things twice, basically don't half-ass pieces and get a lesser quality piece then only replace that part later as well. I wish the previous owner of my car had spent a few more bucks for an exhaust other than a pypes kit, but he did put on BBK long tubes so I can't complain too much.
