I went to the track this past Friday and here are the results:

9/5/03
60' - 2.361
330' -6.534
1/8 - 9.954 @ 72.17
1000' - 12.903
1/4 - 15.403 @ 90.97

3/12/04
60' - 2.259
330' - 6.228
1/8 - 9.548 @ 74.09
1000' - 12.429
1/4 - 14.886 @ 90.97

Only difference between runs was: 285 tires on rear, rebuilt automatic with PI stallion converter, Off-road H pipe and H & R super sport springs with Mach 1 shocks.

I am pretty sure with more practice I could run mid 14's.

What can I do to improve? And why was my mph still about the same?

try to get that 60ft time down more :)
also, those 18 inch FR500's aren't helping, maybe a set of DR's on 15-17 inch wheels will help you hook more. Also some lower control arm's will get that rubber down :)

Here's mine from a few nights ago w/the 275/35/18's.
.177
2.046
6.075
9.397
75.21
12.155
14.661
95.18
I think my clutch is giving out on me lol. Also a friend told me that sparks came out of the center of my car when I hit 4th gear. I love racing. Also, anyone think this car is capable of 13's?????

you might, and i mean just barely, be able to hit 13's if you go full drag suspension and drag radials. otherwise, you don't stand a chance with a 95mph trap speed. your 60' is already about as good as you can get on street tires.

For the love of jehovah. Get those 60 foot times down. The mph your car is trapping in the 1/8 mile you should be able to cut a 9.0 1/8 and break into the 13.9's 1/4.

with a trap speed of only 90mph, he's not gettin anywhere near 13's.

I agree try to get those 60ft time down
to about 2.0ish.Practice Practice :nice: Also 18 inch FR500 look good
but, aren't helping you at all! Get some 15-17 inch wheels for the track
it will sure lower your times. Best of Luck to ya.

Dont they make some cobra R 16'' that you can put drag radials or dot slicks on? I think that would be a good option for us cobra r folks. That my your car doens't look funny with totally different rims on back :)
