This weekend I think I will upgrade my brakes. I did a search and did not come up with what I was looking for. I have calipers and rotors from an 88. What else do I need to make this work? Oh yea I am going tomorrow to get a master cylinder and booster from an 88.

i think you also need the 87-93 v8 spindles, iirc the 4 cylinder and eariler v8 cars had a different spindle for the smaller rotors.

front brake lines, and i beleive you will need to use some washers as spacers for the front struts, They are slightly different.

Also, another upgrade is the 87+ dual-diaphram booster. The pre-87 booster is only single diaphram.

yes when you install the new spindles your struts will not work from your 85 anymore. You will need to buy 87-93 struts.
