I just had a Ford Racing King Cobra Clutch Kit installed on my 2001 GT and I am amping to get out to the track. But I know I shouldn't without getting some daily driven city miles on it first. What is recommended for a new clutch? I'm at about 600 miles right now. One person told me the safest bet for a new clutch is 2000 miles and one told me 500 and hit the track. Anyone know real recommendations or have advice from personal experience?

Thanks

I would say thats good. I had about 500 on mine before I started to drive it hard and so far so good. If you unsure just put a couple more hundred miles on it.
