First time using the Meguiar's 3 step and WOW. My car has a few beauty marks, chips, dings, etc from previous owner and was covered in swirl/spider lines. I washed then went through the 3 steps yesterday now I wish I took a few pictures for before and after.

Looks great man, how did the 3 step work out with the swirl marks? Did it get rid of them?

Thanks, yes got them all. I even had a couple Air hose marks on a fender from when the cover fell off, those are gone too. It's an awesome product.

yea NXT is awesome. However on a black car I think a wax called "Simply Z Best" works the best. I bought it at the national car show after i saw it take spray paint off of a hood during the demo. there is a website on the bottle to order more which i will post for everyone to try. I think it is better than NXT.

Your stang is looking nice. I use the Meguiars 3 step process as well. It works great.

do you guys typically use a buffer when you do the 3-step? or do you do it by hand?

I just did this whole process to a 95gt vert i purchased last week. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Used mother's clay bar, Meguires Paint Cleaner, Meguire's #7 Show Car Glaze & NXT Wax. It has that deep gloss and shine i knew it would have after i got rid of the crappy wax job that was on it before. It took me 4 hours to go through this process with most of it being spent removing the white spots from the previous wax. Between these products and the stuff for my interior it ended up bein $80 The looks are definatly worth it on a red vert though

Look good! What kind of camera are you using? I really like the effect it made on the first pic.
