New Coupe owner

tonight we made the deal final. me and another forum member traded cars. i traded my saleen clone for his notch. we left the cars as they sat minus engine and transmission.

i got it down off the jackstands a few minutes ago and pushed it into the shop.... i was AMAZED how light this thing is lol.

i lost my black interior, stereo and 5-lug in the deal. the notch has tubular suspension, frame bracing, built rear end and hidden wiring/smoothed engine bay.

going to be a sweet platform for boost

i forgot its an ssp car. it has the rare opal grey interior in it, which is pretty much mint. it will be swapped out this weekend most likely for full black interior if my deal goes through. i got the hard to find stuff for it already.

it was SMOKEDYA's car on the forum. he doesn't post a whole lot i don't think. i took down all the pics of my "old" car. it was a red saleen clone lx hatch. 99 cobra rims, black interior.

plans? stroker shortblock, boost, black interior conversion, big brakes front and rear, finish some body work. nice and clean, nothing too flashy. i'll be happy when it will pull down 11's consistantly and then take me out to eat afterwords while thrashing some slipknot.

yep. he took his engine and transmission. aside from that, its the same car.

it's all stiffened up with a built rear end. so suspension wise its pretty much done. it has stock brakes, so ill be focusing on that. i would just go 5-lug and call it a day, but its got some nice work into the rear end. so ill probably keep it 4-lug and spend the $$ on performance.
