Just thought I would post my new numbers:

Jeff (AFP) dyno'd the car after he installed the new blower, and Master Chung put a tune to it. Results were:

418.43 rwhp
404.36 lbs tq.

I am pretty happy with it. As Chung put it, it made those numbers pretty easily. Iron head motor with small valves and motorsport Cam. The motor was still making power @5500 rpm...Stock pulley and conservative tune.

Awsome #s Cory, it must sound pretty mean now too, because before it sounded beefy, can only imagine what it sounds like now

we'll have to have a "what will it MPH" pool when spring comes around, since you have to keep it above 13.50's with the convertable.

You've actually got me re-thinking the engine combo for my coupe, I even considered a blower there for a seccond

Good numbers Cory. I saw your car at the shop last week. It looks pretty damn good with all that polished stuff under the hood.

Nice. The 5.0 engine in my stang currently utilizes stock GT-40P's. I am trying to figure out if I can slip a Vortech onto my 5.0 when it is in the Bronco II. Due to the clearance issues, I'm not sure if I will do it. If not, maybe a little spray... I'll post numbers come summer, after I tune it.

no, we're putting the big block in the convertable since it's not supposed to be as quick anyway

Nice numbers Cory! When do I get a ride? Can't wait until summer to see you with the top down in my rear view mirror. Just kidding.

DD,
Specs are V1 Vortech with stock pulley and Power pipe. I am seeing 10 lbs of boost in the limited time I have driven it. Could see an 11 reading in colder weather, but have not driven it enough. Actually, my wife likes the new Vettes, but I am "jonesing" at the chance to meet one on the street...or better yet, a stop light with a nice stretch of road

A cup/cold one sounds good. Give me a jingle as I am free after 6pm Monday thru Thursday nights for the next few wks.

Alan, you must have a car to view the rear view mirror lol

Cory,
This was the last fast thing I saw in my old mustangs mirror before it got totaled. Won't make that mistake again.
