New engine..doesnt idle well when warm

Finalyl got the mustang down the road... runs strong.. but when i push in the clutch at a stop sign the car either surges and dies, or just dies.. just wondering if this is what i hear about the computer eventually fixing.. or something i have to do.. ideas? Thanks

add ons- RPMII Intake, 70mm TB, B303 cam Aftermarket mass air calibrated to 19lb injectors, heads ported and polished with larger valves..

See the "Surging Idle Checklist for help with all your idle/stall problems. The first two posts contain all the updates to the fixes. At last count there were 24 possible causes and fixes] for surging idle/stall problems. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions.
