That looks familiar. Felpros are good gasket, but the P.O.S (Print-O-Seal) never has been one of them. Use the gaskets without the bead of sealer these use and you'll be fine.
I have, P.O.S. (Piece Of Sh-t = Print-O-Seal) are famous for this. Or at least the intake gaskets are. I had a failure with their POS head gaskets too.
