I just finished a newly rebuilt engine completely. Only thing not new is oil pan and crank, timing cover. It has all trick flow componets, when trying to start, it is just turning over very slowly, sounds like it is whining, has tried to fire but just pops and the cylinders are completely full of gas, wtf. My first thought was timing with the trickflow adjustable set up, I set it to the stock position, and lined up the two dots so when the cam and crank when around they would touch?? r line up, the cam dot straight down, and crank keyway and dot straight up, any ideas please I really wanted it to fire right up.
