Here is my take: I am a newbie here and actively researching a planned purchase of a new Mustang. I suspect that there might be a few other lurkers in that position and the assistance of a Ford pre-sales person can be very helpful. I also suspect that the majority of forum folks already have their vehicle and don't then really need pre-sales help, but are more interested in the day to day issues of actually owning one. I hope to move over to that larger group...
