I was listening to the news today, and for the life of me I can't remember the location,(I think Missouri). There was this guys who bought a Ford Escape...well I guess a day later when he found out how much he really paid for it, he got pissed and drove it threw the showroom floor destroying eight cars and catching the building on fire . One of the cars that was completely destroyed in the fire was one of those special color GT's (I think blue and red or something) The guys caused more than 1million in damages and was arrested. He was later released on $5,000 bail . I say we stone em'

Yeah Metro Ford, I have been there a few times and I really dont like them. But not enough to want to torch the place, let alone a Ford GT.

$15,000 for bail AND he got out by paying only $1,500! I can't believe that his bail wasn't at least the cost of the SUV he just bought. 30 years maximum in prison? Bet he doesn't even spend 5 years in prison.

Since the guy knew what was in the dealership, there should be an extra penalty for destroying a Ford GT.

Spending about $20,000 and not reading the paperwork thoroughly.........absolutely stupid. For most folks, a car is the second most expensive thing they'll purchase.

The police say they regularly get called to Metro Ford because people are upset with their purchase....lol. Not saying this loon was justified, but maybe Metro Ford needs to not be so shady.

Yeah, but probably the rarest of GT's. It's painted like the old GT40 race cars.

As a penalty, this guy should be required to finish his payments on the Escape.

“I understand, there’s no have no comment right now. I’d appreciate it if you can respect that, we’re just trying to get our business back to normal, that’s all.”

dude... if someone from a dealership talked like that, it'd be my first clue not to do business anyways... haha

nah... lets pool, spend 37.5 mill and buy all 250. then in 30 years we split everything even and make a poo load! and that torched one will be worth more just as it is.. it's now even MORE SPECIAL! DUH!

...this is clearly the only obvisous answer!

Just give me the GT's engine. I'm sure I can make it feel at home in my 93 LX.
