New From Mi

Hey. New guy here from Detroit.

Been browsing some of the threads here and decided to sign up. I promise I will try to use the search and not make threads that have already been beat to death.

I'm a father of two boys 5 and 3. Married to the most patient forgiving woman ever.

Your typical blue collar type I guess. I like whiskey, heavy metal, classic rock, old cars, and poker.

I don't like discussions of politics, religion, or anything else in the news.

I do not own a mustang yet, once we close on our house next month I will then put myself a toy in the garage. As much I want to tell you all I am in the middle of restoring a classic I am not.

Knowledge of cars is kind of on the low side, a thing that always fascinated me but I never had time or money for, but now that I am at that point in my life I need a hobby. Plus I have always said before I die I will build a car engine so I figure if I start soon I have 30-40 years to finish it.

So please be patient with me when I ask a question, I promise I will do some research first.

I'm looking at 90's fox bodies. I'd toss my siblings down two flights of stairs for a 69 but that's off the table until the kids are gone.
