Hi, new member checking in.
The original owner had it for almost 23 years, before passing away. The second owner bought it last fall with plans to make it a street/strip car but decided it was too nice to mod. I bought it yesterday and plan on keeping it all original and stay on it's current pace of about 1000 miles per year.
Still wears original tires, belts, hoses etc. but the wiper blades, battery, fuel filter and air filter have been changed also got a replacement radiator replacement.
Drives nice, looks great. Will look better once I give it a thorough detailing top to bottom.

That's a lot like meeting up with the gorgeous girl you knew when you just graduated from high school. She hasn't changed a bit, and still looks just the same as the first time you saw her - marvelous...

Thanks all for the comments.

I will be doing a full detail on this car top to bottom. Today I did the trunk, spare tire and jack.

Beautiful car! I don't think I could own an original car that nice. I would be modding it on day one. Nice job detailing out that trunk area!

Nice car.

If those really are the original tires from 1993, you may want to consider replacing them. Rubber tends to break down as it ages and you don't want a blowout as you are driving around

Got a little cleaning done in the cowl area and a quickie under hood. Doing a little bit at a time, trying to preserve all markings, tags, decals etc. Still a ways to go before 23 years of grime are gone

Cowl area, wiper arms, squirter hose

Very nice find.
I went through all your photos.
Funny, I kept my original plug wires... I think they are cool.
Mine came with Michelin tires from the factory.

Wowee ! Luv the color. I haven't seen a Mustang that clean since the years they were released. Lucky guy you are. Unfortunately i have a bad habit of adding much after market stuff. This would not last in my hands.
