Progress Thread New Guy Smith Station Alabama

I was going to do upper and lower control arm (tubes). Front and rear shocks not sure from whom. Not going for Five lug swap will do brakes front and rear and maybe gears(355-373). I put a battery in it at work today and it fired up but that fuel is bad yet damn thing runs . Turned it off needs radiator replaced not sure what to get there. I have been out of the fox bodys since 1994.

If you're going through the trouble of replacing the radiator, might as well get a 2 or 3 row aluminum one. LMR sells a few different brands including their own SVE one (no experience with that). But there are Mishimoto, Griffin, SVE, etc. to choose from. They all range in the $200-400 range if i recall, but don't quote me on that.

Not sure about the 2 rows, but the 3 row radiators will require some 'massaging' to your radiator hold downs. You can use the stock ones but you'll probably have to bend them outward a little bit to get them to fit over the wider radiator.

I ran the SVE radiator from LMR, I will vouch for it, and wouldn't hesitate to run it again.

Good to know because its quite a bit cheaper than the Fluidynes, Mishimotos, etc that are out there. I was reading LMR reviews and many people said they don't last too long before leaking so i'm glad to hear you've had a good experience with it.

Well I ran it for a few years but since my car has been in the exploded view for the last couple of years I don't know about the long term.
