Middle aged dude from, yea, Ohio.
First car was a '71 mustang. Red with a black vinyl top and a 302 2bbl automatic. Mods I did to it: Cragar SS rims, air shocks, better stereo/speakers, headers/exhaust. Bought it in spring of 1980 - I think it was under $1k but can't say for sure (c'mon it was 30 years ago!).
After that, went through various makes and models.
In 1992, bought a new Mustang GT. White, 5 speed manual. Never changed it from stock. Eventually traded it in on a Grand Cherokee, shortly before marriage (go figure!).
Back shopping for a fun car. Looking at many cars, Mustang near the top of the list, now that the power is where it belongs.
Just looking to lurk, and maybe discuss Mustang's qualities with some folks who know their stuff.
