I know Mickey Thompson has just brought out a new street drag radial. Has anybody used these yet, or have they even been released yet?

I think someone posted that Summit would have them or take orders on them in April. Price is about 159.00 each if I remember right.

Sorry guy's I'm the bone head I guess. I'm new to this board so I don't know what I'm talking about. Anyhow, I called M/T and apparently these slicks wont be out for order until April-May. Prices are supposed to be very competitive to the BF Radial Slicks. Expect a high demand for these so put your's on backorder A.S.A.P. if you want a set.
Tire Sizes available can be found at the M/T Website.

Whats the deal with tread wear? I know Nittos last a bit longer than BFG's, so how do the MT's compare to these DRs as far as mileage before they go bad?

I asked the tech at M/T what the tread wear rating was on the new slicks, but apparently those spec's are not yet available. Couple week's and most of the info should be avialable.

From what I have heard the MT's are very soft and will wear quickly......

The narrower sizes are available late April.......wider sizes late May.

Yeah,it was me who had the other thread,,someone said they are real soft, and probably wouldnt even last as long as the BFG's. And there suppose to last about 5000 miles.Im running the Nittos rite now,,its wierd, sometimes they hook really good, and sometimes they dont! I guess its all in the burnout!!
