Just bought this 83 GLX 5.0 5spd from Facebook marketplace. I waited for my Marti report before posting. As you can see it is red. I could tell that it has been repainted, but I had no idea what the original color was. Also, they remove the door info tag so I had no idea what the car was originally other than a factory five speed V8 car. According to the Marti report it was originally white with a black stripe and opal interior and wire wheel covers. I can’t imagine they were painting racing stripes on these so was this black stripe just a pinstripe?
