new motor bad wear pattern on roller rockers

to start with my motor has way to mutch valve train noise and the rollers on the rockers have wear lines all the way around them and the lines are not in the center they are off to the side of the roller then on top of the valve stem the wear pattern is way off to the side of the valve stem.Ideas anyone motor has less than 250 miles on it

Sounds like incorrect pushrod length?

Do you have pushrod guides installed?
Will you post up some pictures using the "macro" mode please?

i got the car in another shop they said the pushrod length was ok i will get some pictures if i can but it might be a few days and yes i do have guides
