my 95 gt has 147000 miles on it. the motor is mostly stock. i want more power. should i have my motor rebuild with a strocker kit. or should i buy a crate motor. I dont want to spend more than $3000 if i had my motor rebuild about how much would it cost for parts and labor. (includes taking motor out of car). or would i be better off with a ford crate engin?

$3000 won't buy you much of a crate motor. I think the FRPP GT40 one is over that amount.
If you know of reputable companies that do this work it's a good idea to weight your options.
