Description
a 418 stroker motor with blower... This engine has less then 300 miles on it and a lot of that was dyno time. This has been used on the Street only, Not Raced...
The engine was built by Hawaii Racing. It was balanced and Blueprinted. The block is a 69 351 block (one of the strongest production blocks made). It was line bored and decked and it was deck plate bored and honed. It has forged H-beam rods and forged crank. It has full floating wrist pins with 10:1 hypereutectic pistons (Went with hyp. pistons, due to it being in a street car). The Brands of everything were left up to Hawaii Racing.
Both the Flywheel and Blancer are SFI approved. The Flywheel is a forged steal flywheel from Centerforce. Also Included (but not shown) is a Ford Motor Sport Clutch. (Probably should be upgraded)
The heads are Trick Flow Twisted Wedge Heads that have been Ported and Pollished. The Rockers are SVO 1.6's. The Cam is a Ford Motorsport X303 cam. The Intake is a TFS R intake with a 3/8 spacer. BBK 75mm throttle body with a 3/8 spacer, It also comes with a C&L Mass Air Meter with a green calibration tube. (Use Stock Electornics)
It also includes an Auromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator w/guage and Custome Fuel Rail with 42 lb injectors. The Blower was bought as a fresh rebuilt unit. WJ (Wind Jammer I believe) Makes up to 14 lbs of boost.
This motor comes with 130 amp alternator, underdrive Pulleys, and 302 A/C compressor. The valve covers are ford Motorsport valve covers, and the oil pan is a front sump type.
Again everything is less then 300 miles except for the block and rebuilt blower...
When they dynoed the car they estimated the motor to have approx 775 horse and it was tuned on Premium Fuel.
I bought this motor off a guy in California who put it in and pulled it right back out of a 66 Mustang that his wife drove. He said it was just way to much power for her. The motor is not actually broke in all the way yet.
