Went to the track weds and ran just about what I expected, a 13.24 @ 102, this was with a stock MAF, injectors, and fuel pump. My combo is below, my stock engine ran 13.60-70's at 97-98 mph so I made some extra power from my 306. I ordered a 75 Pro-M with a Anderson Power Pipe and I have 24#'s and a 255lph fuel pump waiting. What do you guys think? 12's in the works? MAF sensor should make a very noticeable difference I think. Here's what my best time slip looked like.

60' - 1.829 (clutch slipped a bit on the launch)
330' - 5.426
1/8 - 8.446
mph - 81.5
1000 - 11.037
1/4 - 13.247
mph - 102.65

Looks like it has potential...

My car last year ran 13.05 @ 103. Over winter the car got a rebuild and a few more bolt ons. On my first passes of the year the best it went was a 13.19 @ 103. I then replaced the fuel pump, and tuned the car and it ran 12.63 @ 106. The fuel pump was a HUGE improvement, as my stocker was bad. Id say you have a good chance at the 12s with your car!

AFR heads and your there

Aluminum heads arent required for him to hit 12's, they just make more power and allow it to be easier if you can drive/hook. 25th is right, he's there, just gotta launch harder and get that clutch right! Fwiw, I run trickflow heads and they make killer power, i'd definatly say that with more gear and a tire, my car could go 11.90's-12.0's.

I launched at around 5500 rpm, my second launch it hit a little harder although the 60' didn't show. Those are some ungodly times for those mods 25th. I forgot to take my spare tire out which shouldn't be a big difference but still maybe a little. Maybe I should powershift the hell out of it like I did the stock engine. I didn't want to though cause I don't know how long the T-5 will hold the extra power and I'm shifting a little higher giving me less room between shifts from the rev limiter.

I got the 255 in sunday, powerpipe in yesterday, and just finished the injectors and MAF a little bit ago, hopefully these will get me there. I would like to see 12's @ 104-105 before the year is over.

I plan on some AFR 165's in the future, I was going to put a set on when I was initially building the engine but my pops told me I better just "go a little mild" for my first engine rebuild so I ported my E7's, had em rebuilt, and slapped em on there.
