New paintjob

so my 95 vibrant red GT needs a paintjob pretty bad, i was thinking that with my tax return and mr bush's economy stimulus package and some money i have on the side i was going to get the car repainted. problem is i want something custom....currently the car looks like this

what i want to do is get a cobra hood, and cobra front bumper as well a an s281 wing then paint but should i do the vibrant red with satin black stripes similar to whats on the car, do it all in vibrant red, or should i see about getting a metallic vibrant red (i am kinda leaning towards the metallic vibrant red) anybody know any good colors similair to the metallic vibrant red im thinking of

I am also hoping to get some body work done as well.

There war a thread here not too long ago talking about paint jobs, saying a 'good' one, without you doing it wourself, would be like $3000.

Since my car is Laser Red, tri-coat color, it'll be even more than that. So I think I am just going to paint the hood, bumers, and remove my old, cracked racing stripes. The colors may not match exactly, but oh well.

For your car, I think the current set-up looks fine. The red with satin black is like the old, and new, Mach 1's.

yeah man i would def try n do a metalliac... throw a little sparkle in it and call it a day...little light tint on ur car and i think ull be good...

little advise, IMHO, try and get ahold of Kaenen in Florida. get a s281 wing from them. 20x better than this POS OEM Saleen i got...
