The springs are pretty much straight forward. Rear: find the ABS lines that do from the rear brakes back to the frame, they bolt on to the frame....unbolt that brakcet so you have a bit more slack. Assuming car is in air use a pole jack to support rear end under whatever side you decide to do first....unbolt bottom shock bolt and the top stabilizer link bolt on frame.....slowly turn down the pole jack so it will lower the rear end gently fi the spring doesn't fall out on it's own all it will need is a gentle pull... put in the lowered hold in there and raise the pole jack.....bolt in the bottom shock bolt and upper stabilizer link bolt finally bolting on the ABS line bracket back to frame, repeat step for other side. Front: unbolt ABS line bracket.....get a wire hanger unwind it and tie it around lower control arm somewhere on the car to support front brake and spindle....unbolt the two strut bolts....lower the car, using a piece of chalk or something mark one of the stud to the upper strut mount and mark a place on the strut tower so they go back in the same slot during assembly.... slowly remove the 3 strut mount nuts....on the last one kind of reach under and hold the strut so it doesn't fall down and tear anything.... using spring compressor clamp down the strut spring and remove the middle nut on the assembly...slowly loosen the the compressor to remove tension on the spring.....take assembly apart swap out spring and follow entire process in reverse for reassembly. If you want I can send you pictures I took when I did the FRPP handling pack swap.
