here are two pics of my car, i see alot of people consider this mod. so i figured i would whore my results.

i was kinda reluctant, but after its said and done. its one of my favorite cheap mods (60 bucks). only took me like 5 minutes to install also.

after:

its dirty in both of the pics, of course, its black. goes really nice with the tips/chrome saleen's though. if its decent out tomorrow, ill get some better pics.

i tried these on my 2000 gt, the cheap vinyl sticker type. the letters ripped instantly. definately wasnt a chance of ripping these, just place them and stick them on

Ive always liked the stainless inserts on the newer cobras like yours.
Ive thought about getting some for my GT to match the chrome bullitts, but my tailpipes arent chrome...

Plus, how hard would it be for someone to rip those off your bumper? Id be worried about that.

Thats my fear too, is someone ripping them off. Instead I went with the white reflective. So sexy. I get compliments from people behind me at night all the time. I love how during the day you can't even see that its filled. I don't like white stangs with black fill-ins.

Trust me, the SS inserts aren't coming off, I put one of mine on wrong and I couldn't fix it I'm sure with some bumper sticker spray and patience it would come off, but its got some hefty 3M on it.

You got any pics of that car clean? I feel the need to drool over a Cobra. I went cheap on my inserts...the ss vinyl ones just to see if I'd like them. The jury is still out.

ive got a few long distance shots of it when its cleaner, im telling you its a bitch to keep clean. black in itself, and washington has been sucking for weather. one nice day, then rain, so the roads instantly own it again

ill probably go out for some pics in a few.

-1 on the inserts.

I must have fallen into the group that thinks they look tacky. In my opinion you might as well slap V-TEC on the bumper....each to his own.

Nice freakin Cobra Soprano, Love the Redfire Cobras....
