example: if im driving in a parking lot in second gear and let off the gas all the way to coast the car shakes/bucks front to back. happens in ever gear. i stopped by on of my mechanics and let him drive it and he called it truck hitching ( hes an old school ford guy, must be some kinda mechanic term ) . he said it was nothing to do with the clutch or clutch cable which i had mentioned to him, and that it has to be something with the comp. im going to stop by a place near me, mustang specialties, and let them drive it and see what they say but i just wanted to get some other feedback on these symptoms. it did not do it before the cam.

Have you had the car tuned with the cam and stuff? Sounds like it's running rich. Rich will cause low RPM bucking.
