New radiator, still overheating

It causes the engine to run too cold in most cases and will not control engine temperature very well if at all.
yank'n the thermostat is something that was done in the 'old' days. Today computer controlled cars/trucks need to run 190-200° for efficiency.

Try back flushing the heater core it may b full of garbage

I prefer using a Mr. Gasket high flow thermostat. It is much better than yanking it.
