New rear lights.........

Well I bought some lights from Gixxer750. I thought I would like them better than I do. They do not fit as good as the cheese graters. The cheese graters are more flush and look like they belong on there... I don't know.

What do yas think

Thanks guys! With these lights the hatch hangs over about .5 to 1 inch... Looks kind of funny. The cheese graters are flush with the lip of the hatch and flow better with the bumper. I have both sets and they are really reasy to swith... I'll leave them for a while and might switch back to see...

and to answer what the puddle is, I blew the head gaskets and thats antifreeze that I never drained from the engine before taking the U&L intake off...

i like the cheese graters better simply because thats what goes with the car, When i look at the lights you replaced it with they don't look like the fit (smooth fitting?, then i read your post later on saying they don't match up flush with the trunk) to me that would drive me nuts not having it ligned up properly. Also the lights you swapped them with look like an older style from the early 80's and to me they look kinda dated/ bland.

Yeah they are different then regular 87-93 tails. but i like em better then the GT tails. looks good.
