hey there guys, well i thought i was pleased with my stock 17" bullitts on my new 02 gt, but the mod bug has bitten and ive decided to pick up a set of 18" dd black bullitts, 18x10/18x9 ... now id like to go with a 315 tire in the rear... would this cause any rubbage issues at all? im also doing full length subframes and lcas.

as for the front tire, i know you get tracking/rubbin issues when you go big on the front, i dont plan on diving deep into any corners, would a 265 be agood tire for the front? is that a good width for the 9" rim?

thanks for any help!:hail2:

okkk

alright thanks for the help so far.. so its been decided?

ordering 18x10/18x9 dd black bullets
2 Kuhmo Ecsta MX @ 315/35/18
2 Kuhmo Ecsta MX @ 275/35/18

ive been reading some reviews and these kuhmos seem like good tires, anyone on here have any experience with them?

what do you think about the 35 profile? is that a nice size to compliment the 18s or would i be better off going for 30s??

thanks guys

lol i think he mis-read or mis-typed something 295's up front would be retarded.

as for the previous question, i'd go no bigger than 275s. i'd actually stay with 265's up front because 275s will just track worse and you'll be so annoyed turning out of driveways and things.

i run 295/35/18 BFG KDs in the rear, they look perfect!!!

whoa thats huge for a front... you must have some serious tracking issues with that size eh? you dont even get any rubbage on full-crank turnage??

No more tracking problems than I was having with the stock 275's. No rubbing so far. Don't know on full crank because in 2000 miles I've never had the need to crank them full right or left.
