new short throw grinding???

On my 95 gt it has grinded when i put it in 1st gear if i was going over 10 mph since i bought it now one year later i have bought the new pro ripper shifter form B&M when i shift fast there is grinding in almost all of my gears and when i shift slow there is no problem. what do u guys think about this? with the stock shifter it would sometimes grind in third also I KNOW IT ISN'T BAD SHIFTING!!! What yould you guys do and what kinda $ am i looking at hear. haha

The stops are set too far inward on the top throws. Try backing the screw out about a half of a turn and see if that helps.

It wasn't doing it with the stock shifter? I hate to tell you, but it's either you driving, or you didn't adjust the stops out far enough. Is it grinding going into gear? You could not have the clutch in all the way and your forcing the gears together and they aren't meshing causing the grinding noise.
