Check out my new shifter on my '05. It definitely has a unique twist to it since the center ring section spins. The picture alone didn't do it enough justice so I put it on youtube.
I have to give Xada Racing kudos for a high quality product, even the packaging was pretty top notch.

Surely isn't going to help in the shifting department. I can see your hand slipping right off the handle when shifting fast.

uh guess you can spin it while bored in traffic??? I have to agree about slippage on hard shifts.

Ouch. Any water to put out these flames?? Actually, the shifter feels no different than a regualar ball style shifter, the center ring is recessed in the ball so you really don't feel it when you are shifting. You grab your hand around the entire knob for shifting so I don't notice it.

No need to extinguish the flames...the only person who has to like your mods is you. So as long as YOU like it...who cares??????
