Hey, I'm new to the forums, just saying Hello to everyone. Im excited about my new 2007 Black GT with the 3.55 Gear upgrade! The dash colors are really fun to mess with at night, the red is bad@ss. I got the stock wheels, I'm hoping on my first mod to be wheels and tires. Cya on the forums.

Hey, I also just got my 2007 Black GT and I am loving it. I have wanted one since I was 15 and it is hear. I would recommend that you would hold off on the wheels and tires and get some mods. Look at the mods on my signature. Much better that just putting some new wheels on her. You will appreciate the difference as well.

ATX, Welcome to the forum and a new 07, that is a sweet ride. Nice move getting the 3.55s gears, for like a $100 bucks. Enjoy the stang.

That My color options is real cool.

Also, nothing like a black stang!! And good move posting pics so quick.

Sweet ride Aaron!!!!! Welcome to the forum. I have already upgraded my wheels only after a few weeks of having my GT. I wanted the 18" fanblades, but the dealers around here did not have them with the color combo I wanted. I got them through Tire Rack and I love them!!!!! I also love the "My Color" feature..I'm currently on purple(3-1-2 on the settings).

As an idea for Aaron, do they make the same wheel style he has in 17x9s or 17x10.5 for the rear. This way he keeps the fronts and just upgrades the rears? I actually like the look of the stock 07 wheels.

This way I can try to sell him a set of Goodyear F1 GS D3s 285s or 315s for 17s. Anyone running 285s or 315s on their GT.

most of the replica bullitt wheels have the older style spokes. the S197 bullits have a flatter spoke. if you get the replicas, even with the correct offset, they will have a different spoke design. FYI.

Its a small world. I also just bought an 07' black GT with all the soups and nuts and am a new member. I traded in my 04' tourch red GT for it. I have some questions that I hope someone can help me with. I would like to upgrade my stang for under $1,000 bucks but im not sure of the right combo for the job. I was thinking of an off road pipe , K&N cold air , and a tuner. however, I normaly use hypertech programers and am not familiar with any other type. Please help.

Hajame30, just about any of the cold air kits + tuner and mufflers can fit your $1000 budget. Your power increase could/should be somewhere near 35-40 hp depending on actual CAI kit you go with. Here is the thread for the CAIs. Good luck with your new Stang.

Congradulations

Beautiful car ! Mine is the same color and has the same wheels, I just have the white stripes down the hood roof and trunk. I have had mine about two months, the new never seems to wear off!! I love it.

I've been checking the site for a while but a new member
also. June 30th I traded my supercharged 93 GT for a
2007 grabber orange GT The car has the interior upgrade package and 18" polished buillit wheels. Stock except for 1970 boss style striping, for now.

What parts work for the 2007 Mustang GT

I'm wanting to upgrade my stang but I cant find the parts I want. Does anyone know if the 2005-2006 K&N CAI will work for the 2007. The same thing for the Flowmaster 40 series. Also I was wondering what the best gear ratio is for new stang. I was'nt aware of the 3:55 upgrade package and got stuck with the lesser of ratios.
