New steering rack

New rack came in this morning... LMR 10 to 1 they say it’s slightly quicker than the 15 to 1... made by Lares Corp. I’m impressed with the Moog and Prothane parts plus line filter also the white O’rings ... flush my pump and cooler and new lines and I’m on my way..... any tips will be greatly appreciated .... Can’t afford to screw this one up

Before the new rack goes in, I suggest the following:
Drain the pump res., then add some new fluid and turn the pump by hand to flush it and the lines with clean fluid. Drain them again. You oil recycling catch pan will be handy here.
Consider using a return line filter.
