So I took my Expedition down to the dealer to pick up my Roush, figured I would leave the Exp there until I could get a ride, as I was leaving I stopped to say hi to my dealer and show him the new stripes, he asked me if I was gonna trade in my exp like I origionally intended, so a truck was the origional goal but I put my foot down and told him hat I had jsut purchased a 50+k car and wanted a great deal if I got a truck, he said ok and started walking towwards the used car lot...um no I want a new truck man...so we walkd over to the new trucks and there she was in the exact same red as the roush...what i didnt learn till later tonight was that she is supercharged and puts put 450hp and shes fully loaded..He tried to get me into a 07 f150 with pretty bare bones...now thats 32k right..well the 08 loaded and charged i think its called the fx2 is only 2k more? So we went inside (i was the only customer there) they were getting ready to go, so it was me and ther entire team? anyway myself and the management went back and forth in a very commical manner until i was smiling ear to ear. so they took 2k off the top, then a 2k rebate, then gave me 2k over the blue book value of my exp, and even better I told them I want ed the package on my roush on the truck, so upgrades on the facade etc, and two nice matching black stripes just like the roush at their expense...yay matching truck and car..for 6 k less than the 07, and i got a sweet apr for an 08...new rule buy 2 cars in one month gets you good bartering power..
