new suspension, now it pops when I turn the wheel all the way and drive

I know I've seen this posted before, but I can't seem to find it anymore. If anyone can point me to the post, or just let me know if you have a solution, etc I'd appreciate it.

I have a 99 Mustang GT. I recently had some suspension work done: MRT Street kit (springs, Tokico shocks), poly spring isolators, Maximum Motorsports cc plates, and new poly swaybar end links (old ones were chewed up). I've also got Bullitt front brakes and Kenny Brown subframe connectors.

I love the ride, but after a few weeks, I am hearing a wierd popping/clunking sound when I turn the wheel all the way and drive slowly. It does it in both directions, but it's louder and more consistent when turning right. The cc plates aren't loose and nothing seems loose underneath. Any ideas?

Thanks for your time.
