Yes finally got the grill in and installed. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I still have to touch up those pesky screws showing but I'll fix that.

It's a Grillcraft brand grill that bolts in or should i say screws into the v6 grills without the fogs. It was a lil pricey I thought at 165 @ ssinserts.com so I googled Grillcraft mx grills and found it 20 bucks cheaper. unfortunately the lower price mean "were gonna wait ten days then ship it"
So the emblem is a 64-68 scott drake replica that sucked cause they dont use sticky tape they use holes and mounting pins so I had to fab a bracket for it.

Thanks guys, no comments on the pony? New topic then, I painted the outer bars on the pony emblem sonic blue to match the blue/black theme that I like. I have never known the reason behind the red white and blue unless they were trying to be patriotic or if they were french.
I am considering doing the same to my side emblems.

It's different. I'm not much for the speed grill style, though.

And yes, the stripes are red, white, and blue because the car is proud to be American.

I have the same emblem, so that's why I didn't comment. Looks good though!

I was really wanting the emblem to be smaller like I think the late 90s side ponies. This one is 3/4 inch smaller than the ones on the side.
