i just installed a new 70mm throttle body and spacer and a new 76mm mass air meter. Start it up. Rough idle. And check engine light with codes 34, 67 and 85.
Car was running fine before install.
I cleaned EGR and IAC, still rough idle and CEL still on.
When I drove it, there was a hesitation when I hit the gas.
Any information anyone has would be great.

Put the stock MAF back on and see if problem goes away

Did you reset the throttle position sensor? Is the new MAF for your size injectors?

34- EVP- either a failed EGR sensor or bad ground. Do you still have the EGR attached
85- cannister purge valve- Do you have the charcoal cannister?
67- Nuetral Safety switch failure-yes this can cause a rough idle. is this an auto or stick or AOD/stick conversion? Did you depress the clutch when running the codes?
