[email protected] 60ft Not too bad for 2v w/ 136,000 miles on a stock engine.
I did do a few mods to the car, Removed the rear & passenger seat, emptied out the trunk, ran M/T E/T streets(still on stock rear-end/gears) and my brother drove the car. He said he was launching the car around 2800-3000rpm not too hard. The car still has the stock rear shocks, control arms, and quad shocks on it, never have been replaced. Only mod to the rear suspension has been the install of steeda lowering springs. Looking to replace all of that this summer along with the ignition system. My quest for the 10s on the stock engine is going to happen soon and Im happy to see the SOHC 4.6 can hang with 03-04 cobras, GT 500s and the new 5.0 w/o having to remove the valve covers
BTW did very well in the 5speed/6speed shoot out, a 2011 took the gold running 10.50s with full drag suspension, slicks, gutted interior, built rearend and a big shot of N02. Brother and I placed 5th out of 16 in the field, 1st-4th were all 10sec cars. Pics and video coming soon
