Hi!

I have a 98 GT and have had it since 2001.

Over the years I have added BBK headers, PI heads, cold air intake.

I put Comp Cams 270 in it last year and new clave springs. Had some valve clearance issues and ended up having a chunk of piston break free.

My solution was to pull the motor and put in a DSS 5.0 Stroker kit. Got the crank balanced and had the block shaved for clearance. I just finished reassembling and got everything back together today. Got it to fire, but needed a new battery as it just didn't have enough juice to stay running.

Still need to get a Dyno tune on it and then will be ready to go. Also put a new clutch in since it was all apart. Upgraded to MSD coil packs too.

Hope to have it all done in the next few weeks.
