New to Mustangs

I have been a Chevy guy for a long time, but I got a line on a sweet 92 Mustang for cheap. The body is great, but the engine is hurting. My question is...how much would it take to build a streetable 5.0 to make around 380-400HP...the cheapest possible way...what would you recommend?

bolt ons , and nitrous with a good fuel pump ......
