Then I was going to Get a forged short block from MMR, headers, and a Kenne Bell S/C.

Needless to say this is going to be a project that takes time as I don't have the $$ to do it all now. But does this sound like a good game plan???

HID's are acceptable only if you don't blind other drivers, and no more than 6000k is acceptable.
