Been doing some searchs in here, but still have questions. I have a 89 gt convert, 17x8 afs cobra r ,245 45 17 on all 4, eibach proline springs,steeda caster plates. Today I installed tokico illinina shocks and struts( love the ride ), but Know I hear rubbing when corning front both sides in the front.. Any Ideas? One post I read said isolators would give me about 1/4in lift, is that correct? I have the setting on 5 in the front.

Try looking for signs of rub ... on the inner portion of the tire and those parts in close proximity ... from there you shall form the appropriate solution.

when I had my old gt, I had to put the front isolaters back in because they rubbed just a little and it did raise it up just a hair and it was enough to stop the rubbing
