I dont really care if gas milage will drop a bit. And it is a daily driver but i dont drive far. I would really be driving it on the weekend though. Im just not sure if the stall will help with the launch or in the 1/4 passes. I've heard it can drop anywhere from .3 to .7 of et times.
If all you want to do is drag race, then you'll like a high stall. Your 1-2 shift might be a little soft so be aware.
I was thinking of a 3200 to 3600 stall. It is a daily driver. During the week i dont drive very far i use it more on the weekends. Right now im leaning towards 3600 stall. Do the 1-2 shifts soften up with a higher stall?
Well, I got an Xcal2 from MPH and they programed in a stall. Seems to be around 3200-3500 not sure. But yes trying to move slow and keeping the rpms down in the moring is hard to do. DBMSTNG is right about sounding like your racing even when your just drivein normal but I like it, my car pulls so much more when I get on it.
my guy out of Redding finished mine today, 3200 stall - which in my opinion after proly 50 pages of reading is best for my car. I only visit the track like 3 times a year if that, and it's my DD. Hoping to see some consistent 13.9's now tho

You can't program in a stall.. it's a physical part that needs to be installed. You had your shift points adjusted higher and line pressure increased..
as long as your happy but thats not much higher than stock, but if your concerned with mileage and don't drag race often then that should work for you.
it can, but that can be firmed back up with a J-mod and a tune. the better the converter you buy the less "softness" you will notice on upshifts.
