My 17x9 cobra R's were in pretty sad shape, and with the rear disk setup, I couldn't drop the rear much without serious tire rubbage.

So, I picked up these 17x8's on Craigslist for cheap and finally lowered the car.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks for the comments guys.

It's the original paint, I hit it with my porter cable about 3 weeks ago. So that helps it out some.

Thanks, but this is it's good side. There is a decent sized scrape in the paint and what looks to be a large door ding on the passenger side. Hood needs painted as well.
But nothing selective photo angles couldn't hide.

I thought it looked sinister with the black wheels and the red paint. Looks good with those 5 stars also.

Yeah, I know. But the cobra's weren't working out. I mean, one of the wheels was 8in wide and the other three were 9's. Maybe I'll paint these black. But skip the rustoleom. Haha.

Yeah. I do enjoy red vehicles, and there are a lot of late model mustang take-off wheels that look good on fox's.

They're 4 cylinder springs. I cut 1/2 a coil up front and ~1 coil in the rear. No iso's front or rear.
