What does he mean that the stock boots will not work.I used everything that was stock when i went to the Sportlines.HUMMMM!
Looks sweet though.My GT did the same,they lowered the front a lot.What i did because i got sick and tired of scraping everyhting in sight,i put two iscolator pads on top of each front coil.Now my GT sits level.Went from "barely" fitting one finger in between the top of the front tires and fender opening to two loosely fit fingers.Just an idea for you.
Did you keep the stock struts,and did you get C&C plates?
If you kept the stock struts,make sure you replace them with Foxbody struts,now that you are "slammed",you will damage the stock struts,and the strut tower.There will be very little travel left in the strut,and you will end up bottoming them out all the time.The Foxbody strut has a shorter strut shaft,and will give you that travel back.

MM plates and 18mm cam bolts will fix it right up. you're looking at about $400 unless you have a connection though.
ok, should have researched more b4 doing this, but I didn't, so now I have to fix this because it is too low IMO, I dont think these crappy pics really show quite how low the front is.
so mm plates, and I'm going with the ford "c" springs I think due to my way too low budget to do this.

to this, with Hotckis CC plates and the stock struts. All is aligned and rides and drives fineToo low is personal preference
Go with the FRPP "C" Springs. That's what I chose, and I love them! I don't bottom out anywhere or scrape when going over speed bumps, and the car aligned fine with those Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber plates (I bought them just in case, so I don't know if it would have aligned without them).
You will not need those cam bolts if you go with the "C" Springs, but from the looks of it, you might if you keep the springs you have.
