Hey all-

I just picked up an 02 GT convert 5spd. Triple white. 38k. I've had it 3 days and love it. It's my first newer muscle car (I've got a few 60's rides).

I'm a member on a few old car boards, so I completely understand that this is an obnoxious newb post, so TIA for humoring me...

So far I've found: FIPK sticker (this is for my CIA, right?), CIA, BBK 70mm TB, Hooker supercomp headers, x pipe w/ no cats, flowmasters (I think so anyway, the tips say flowmaster on top...must be a cat back?), subframe connectors of some sort (any way to tell whose?), signs of a rear gear change(not sure what ratio yet...I'm assuming 3.73's), a short throw (if I remove the boot, will someone's name be on it?), and a superchips programmer.

A few questions:

1) My injectors are bright yellow. Are these stock?

2) Car was supposed to put down 325 rwhp on dyno, but we all know that story.... Is that realistic with these mods? What is realistic?

3) Anyone have a picture of the top of a stock shock tower? Are the black plates I have stock or CC plates?

4) Car feels like a mid-high 13 second car on street tires. Does that seem about right? What do you think It will run? (knowing that I already know how to drive...)

Thanks :SNSign: !!!!!

#1. the stock injectors should be pink 21lb/hr. yellowish orange are 19lb/hr EDIT: did a little research and bright yellow may be 24lb

#2. i doubt 325rwhp unless it's got cams and ported heads.

#3.if they are just thin black plates, they are not CC plates.

#4. sounds about right.

#5. you have a T3650 and the o.d. gear is .67

dbmstng- thanks for the info. I guess these must be 24lb 'ers....I can't imagine anyone putting smaller injectors in...

steeda- sorry, no camera at work... Not that I usually have time to take pics anyway.

The overdrive in this car is amazing....It drops the revs so much...

What's missing from my mods list? What else can I throw at this car besides a supercharger or cams?

If I plug in my superchips tuner, will it give me any info such as my rear gears (I'm assuming it must know in order to calibrate the speedo?), or maybe if the motor has had cams or anything? I've never had anything with electronics before...

plugging in the tuner won't let you know what's on the car. you can try to figure out your gearing by using this calculator. http://www.allfordmustangs.com/Detailed/636.shtml

more mods you can do are either an intake plenum, or intake manifold. suspension, underdrive pulleys, heads, cams, then comes the forced induction.
