Also, I was wondering if someone could provide recommendations on any good shops around Northern Virginia/DC Metro for 4V 4.6 engines, transmission work, tuning, etc...Thanks in advance!

Don't know off hand how proficient they are at mod motor stuff, but I do know that they can be a bit, ummmm shall we say, pricey. Going to have to judge for yourself. Great dyno service though (when they are dynoing that is)......

I would try both Excessive and Springfield and see which one you like. Personally I would never ever under any circumstance use excessive. However that is my opinion from friends experiences.
