well guys... thanks for all your help..

OK well I will start messing around with my car today and hopefully I could fix the problem.. here’s a list of what people suggested I should look into.. any input on any of these guys???.. any input would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advanced..

vehical speed sensor
solinoid
coil
TFI module
fuel pump
Vacuum leak
Dirty IAC
Dirty MAF
Intake leak

or another fuel or ignition related component.

I'll also make a trip to autozone to pull the codes..

I'll post updates...

one00stang. your IAC valve is bad. either clean it or replace it. quit looking too deeply into this.
it's your IAC Valve. replace your IAC Valve, then look elswhere, but chances are the IAC will fix it. stop wasting your time

if it were fuel related, your car probably wouldnt even start.

a coil will cause a misfire, not a stall. MAF will cause a rough ride/idle.

poor guy. a new IAC valve= ~$60
new MAF= ~$200

go to any parts store like Autozone and have them clear the code. then see if it comes back on. you'll be able to feel if the MAF sensor is bad/not working b/c the car will idle rough and run "choppy"

You seem to be starting with the less likely problems.. As I said before and some many others said, clean/replace the IAC it is two bolts and super easy.
